1. Custom Projects:

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom projects, all deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds are not provided for completed custom services.

2. Online Purchases:

For standard products purchased online, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

3. Warranty Claims:

Products covered under our 3-year warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement if defects in materials or workmanship are found.
